Went down in Aug. 2015 for a bachelor party over the August long weekend. A couple of friends were concerned that we had selected such an expensive property (relative to other Beach1 properties), but when we arrived those concerns were almost immediately forgotten. The beautiful beach is a 10 second walk away and is picturesque in the mornings, and packed with people during the days. The interior of the property is in amazing condition, with many comfortable beds, and there is a gas BBQ in the backyard with lawn chairs around, so you can have a nice barbecue with friends or family. There are also TVs throughout the home, and Wi-Fi access, so you never feel too disconnected from the world, and you have entertainment options if it rains. Amazing place, would definitely stay again. 10/10!
