Our Beach Houses are Prime Waterfront Property and are the cream of the crop when it comes to vacation rentals in the area. These executive class, town-home-style beach houses offer 3 floors, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, are over 2300 sqft in size, can support a maximum of 10 guests. Honestly this is by far the best place for cottage rentals. This goes for all the beach 1 cottages not only the one we stayed at but all. Zero headaches from owner. Very fast booking. We stayed here previously and will continue to book all our cottages through beach1. I called other places they would ask for ridiculous deposits and wanted to go over liability forms and etc. Honestly I would recommend beach 1 if you want to stay with zero headache and enjoy your stay without worry about your deposit fee.!! Thank you beach one particularly Aaron Armstrong owner. AMAZING AMAZING TIME!
